What is Master Makers: From TinkerCAD to 3D Print?
It’s our flagship course for kids, teens and adults. You learn to design real objects in TinkerCAD the way engineers think about them (measurements, tolerances, moving parts), and then you get a real 3D print of what you made.

What’s the difference between the Live Cohort and the Self-Paced course?
Same curriculum, same skills. The Live Cohort is 8 live sessions over 4 weeks with a real instructor, live Q&A and feedback, classmates, and a free 3D-printed capstone shipped within the UAE. The Self-Paced course is 4 modules (28 chapters plus a bonus) you can watch anywhere, on your own time, with 12 months of access. Both include a certificate.

Who is it for?
Kids, teens and adults. For a child, a parent or guardian signs up and completes the enrollment form. Adults (18+) enroll themselves.

Do I need a 3D printer or special software?
No. TinkerCAD is free and runs in your web browser. Live Cohort students in the UAE get their capstone printed by us. Anyone else can send us their design through our 3D Printing Service.

Will you offer other courses?
Yes. Fusion & SolidWorks and a 3D Printing course are coming soon. See our Courses page for updates.

How do I join after I buy?
Choose your track when you order. You’ll then get a welcome email with access to your course area. Complete the enrollment form in the Start Here section, and you’ll find your schedule and the Zoom join button in the Live Sessions lesson.

What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded. Recordings stay in the Session Recordings section of your course area until 3 days after the cohort’s final session, and a progress update goes out after every 2 sessions.

Can I switch to a different track or cohort?
Yes, at no charge and subject to available seats, as long as you ask before your original cohort’s sessions have started.

How does the capstone print work?
Near the end of the course, a capstone submission form appears in your course area, and we’ll remind you by email. It asks for a link to your final TinkerCAD design and a UAE delivery address, and stays open for 3 days after the cohort finishes. We print it and ship it free within the UAE. Large designs may be scaled down to fit our printer.

What do you sell in the shop?
3D-printed pieces we make ourselves. Keychains, puzzles, vases, desk items, and so much more. Everything ships within the UAE.

Can I get a shop item in a different color or with a name on it?
Send us a message through our Contact page. For anything custom, our 3D Printing Service is the best place to start.

How does the 3D printing service work?
Send us your design or describe your idea through the form on our 3D Printing Service page. We confirm the size, material, color, price and timing with you before anything is printed. Then we print it, check it and ship it anywhere in the UAE.

I don’t have a 3D file. Can you still help?
Yes. Describe what you want, add a sketch or photo if you have one, and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

What file types do you accept?
STL, SLDPRT, F3D, IPT, and GCODE files work best. Mention your file in the form and we’ll reply with where to send it.

How much does a custom print cost?
It depends on the size, material and detail of the part. Every print gets a quote first, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Where do you ship?
We ship physical products within the UAE only. Courses can be bought from anywhere, since nothing needs to be shipped.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Physical orders cost a flat AED 19.99, free on orders over AED 150, with an estimated transit time of 5 to 8 business days. The Live Cohort capstone print ships free within the UAE. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I get a refund?
Live Cohort: full refunds are available up until 5 days before your cohort’s first session. Once sessions have started, refunds are no longer available. The Self-Paced course is non-refundable. Our Refund Policy has the full details.
